The sound in the video is the dog wailing and the laughter of men. According to Chinese reports dog eaters in southern parts of China like eating “crispy skin live dog” which is dogs roasted alive. They like the way the “blood accumulates in the meat making it juicy and replenished.” In other words: flooding the alive dog’s body with adrenaline to make the meat as tough as possible.

This selfish bastard man should be locked up and the person videoing too. According to Chinese reports the man’s accent sounds like he is from Guangxi, but that’s not confirmed. This man has obviously done this heinous act many times before. He doesn’t even flinch as the dog wails in gut wrenching agony! Chinese animal lovers are trying to locate the man’s whereabouts, but at this stage they do not know his location. Not yet…

This dog’s story needs to be told because he was a “someone” not just a something.

Dog meat is eaten under the false belief that its part of traditional Chinese medicine and a boost to a man’s libido. Dog eaters demand tough meat, in complete contrast to western and European meat eaters who demand melt-in-the-mouth meat. The only way to achieve true toughness of the meat is to inflict terror or agony on the still conscious animal, until death.

There isn’t an animal on earth who deserves this. We hate the cruelty just as much as you, so we must keep fighting for animal protection laws so humans like this brute of a man can be prosecuted to the full extent of the law!

Fight Dog Meat will continue to bring you reports from dog and cat meat countries and the wonderful work their rescuers are doing despite no animal protection laws. Turning away or sitting quietly does not end the trade. We’ll keep exposing what is taking place to these animals. We’re helping local volunteers have a louder voice on a world platform.
